At Oracle Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and factory-sealed items. Please note that due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, items with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned or exchanged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your jewelry is in its original, heat-sealed packaging and has not been worn or removed from the sterile bag.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in a padded mailer or rigid box to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the seal and confirms the item is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
